Here's how we setup our slack channel. Some clients require deep collaboration, so we're invited into their slack group. A channel convention we follow is numbering internal channels while project channels are not numbered. Completed/closed projects are archived.
#00-attendance - where we do check-in everyday
#01-general - for company-wide announcements, meetings and more
#02-design - for anything design-related
#03-dev - for anything dev-related
#04-random - for memes and other non-work related stuff
